Philosophy

My continuous goal is to generate products that have a style that can best be described as minimalist. I strive for clarity of information through intuitive navigation and elegantly simple design.

The World Wide Web is a medium that often forgets it’s original purpose; that it was a device independent system for exchanging documents. We have misplaced our focus heavily upon the visual stimulus of web sites and ignored the structural logic of information distribution. How often have you visited a site that was confusing either by the irregular layout or chaotic and overabundant use of graphics? Here at Concepia I want to put your information on the web so that it can be read and assimilated, quickly and efficiently.

But equally important as design efficiency is your content being current. Websites that are maintained by their owners stay fresh and interesting; readers return more often to a website that stays dynamic. So this is why I have moved away from the traditional web designer/client relationship: in other words, I build you a tradtional HTML site and then you email me every time you want something updated=costly and time consuming. Wouldn't it be better for everyone if could I build you a site that you can maintain yourself?

It's as simple as this....if you can do email, you can maintain your own site. :)

What I do:

So what is 'Concepia"? And why is it "Your Center for Photography"?
